Self check-in/out was easy and flexible

The property, in general, is in terrible condition, both toilets had black mould everywhere and some things were just falling apart. It was hard to take a shower and feel clean, nonetheless after taking a shower I used one of the towels provided and after a couple of minutes I smelled the towel and it was a mix of mould and cockroach….I couldn't take the smell of me with cream or perfume so I had to shower again and use an emergency towel I brought. Not worth the price and you are probably better off staying at a clean hostel in central.

Half way between Edinburgh and Kinnaird Shopping Park and near to Arthur's Seat.

- Cooking utensils were not available. However provided after request was made. - Light at outside corridor to the main door was not working. Difficult to open main door in the dark. - As weather was cold on arrival, a carpet in the bedrooms and lounge will help tremendously.

The property was not too difficult to find. We were met and shown how to enter and check out.

The physical condition of the property was terrible. There were exposed plumbing pipes in the kitchen and baths. Lighting consisted of bare bulbs at the end of wires from the ceiling. The front panel of the bathtub was coming off. The hand shower in the second bath did not fit into the holder and could only be used while holding. The mirror in the second bathroom was above the toilet instead of the sink. It is difficult to shave while dripping on the toilet. There was calk everywhere in an attempt to cover ill fitting joints. It is unclear how much mold there was associated with the calk. There was a pile of dirty bath towels in the closet with the washing machine. The washing machine did not fit into the closet so the doors did not close. I don't think I have ever seen a rectangular toilet seat before.

Apartment was not cleaned properly and needs a lot of maintenance. It's a shame that despite the good location and free parking, I would recommend people against this property because of cleanliness and maintenance issues. Would give a negative score rating if it was possible We regret booking this property. Should have checked the other reviews who have shared similar concerns.

Close to Edinburgh centre with private parking. Kitchen had enough to cook a simple meal but not much more.

The best I could describe the apartment is when you wake up in a student flat after a night out. Smell of stale smoke and alcohol on entering the flat. Dirty throughout with laminate and tiles lifted from what looks like water damage. Fridge hadn't been turned on so breakfast food spoiled. Dishwasher didn't work. Mismatched bedding and towels. Table sticky and one of the chairs falling apart. Toilet in main bathroom didn't flush correctly and the seat was broken

Easy to retrieve keys

Dishes were filthy sink sponge was foul. Flat was a mess dirt and grime everywhere.
