FABULOUS 1BED 1BATH Ground Floor Shared ACCOMMODATION ,Only Double Room

suffered flooding. brown water marks at knee height and very bad, rotten smell throughout the flat. security cameras in living room and bedrooms saw the place and left straight away. agency (Muhammad) promised refund on site and was very apologetic, but then never came through. if i lived there, i would take them to small claims court!

Parking, Location, it could be fabulous if the property is properly cleaned and maintained. You got no idea what people in this country expect when they stay in a hotel or b&b or serviced apartment.

This is a constructive criticism for the host to improve the apartment. Kitchen sink drains were partially blocked. Floor was nor properly cleaned. Showers had mold and mildew. You can buy a spray to clean these. They are very cheap. DIY repairs are evident everywhere. Get a professional to do maintenance work. Change bedding and towels to white or light colour. They are black. Difficult to tell whether they are clean. With a bit of effort and a bit of money this apartment could get five stars.

the cleanliness is not at all up to standard, there looks to be previous flood damage that has not been repaired correctly, it smells of mold and damp. tiles are loose in kitchen and laminate flooring is warped and lifting and all skirtings are damaged. the towels provided all smell of Febreze and are greasy like they have not been washed just put through a dryer. one of the mattresses is soft but springs are coming through the other is like sleeping on concrete. the whole place is dirty and needs a refurbishment to a higher standard. there was no tv i ask why and was told that it was not listed with a tv on the booking site, this was true after checking the booking site,,,,but forgive me is it not 2022 i would expect a tv in any accommodation with a price tag over 130.00 pounds a night.

Great place conveniently located very comfortable and spacious. Very helpful and communicative staff.

Perhaps a TV would be helpful, but not essential.

We liked that we had our own apartment with separate sleeping areas was quiet on a night too. Had everything we needed even had shampoo conditioner in both bathrooms.. don't know why people feel the need too say that it's bad I think its excellent value for money. The owner was lovely too

Location was good and it had 2 bathrooms

The room had major leakages in flooring at Kitchen, hallway and master bedroom We were not made aware of this, it was not comfortable to walk and it was completely watery Floor was slippery and not at all easy to walk

First of all, I didn't find the place hygienic and safe. The floor tiles were broken and water was coming out which made it slippery and the place was stinking that we had to ask for room freshners. I nearly slipped in the kitchen because of water. I was with my parents who are old which made us worry more if it happens with them. Mattress were not at all comfortable which gave us backache and we couldnt sleep. Bathrooms were in pathetic condition and while taking bath, MCB got tripped too. Overall it was a very bad experience and I have no idea how is it approved to be given as accommodation.
