FABULOUS 1BED 1BATH Ground Floor Shared ACCOMMODATION ,Only Double Room

Proximity to hospital and Muhammed was friendly. Plenty of toilet roll, good communications and lovely flat if was clean. Good for those with mobility issues as lots of space. Nice view from Kitchen.

The level of cleanliness/disrepair really needs addressing. Handprints on wall, dirty fridge, furniture damaged, wobbly or badly marked. Surfaces/pictures covered with dust, bathrooms in desperate need of bleach. No pots/pans/cooking utensils. Very little cutlery, no tea towels, oven gloves, dishwasher tablets or egg cups. Cobwebs hanging from ceiling, dust/dirt in corners and down side of furniture. Head board had fallen off one bed and there was a hole in the wall. Need more pillows on beds, nothing matches, socket coming away from wall. No cover on ironing board. Such a shame as lots of potential. Excellent for those visiting hospital as so close. Couple of steps to front door though but manageable.

A bit cold to start , old furniture, biscuits behind couch, beds smell a bit foosty..needs a lot spent to make it comfortably liveable..

Host , They having a great host , excellent communication, will serve based own your need , helped us early check in and late check out , Comparing to other flats in same area it's chep and good , Don't know why they are getting negative reviews they deserve really good review. Once again thanks to Host. 🥰❤️💯
