"Bad"

The place was spacious. The community is gated.

We arrived Friday afternoon. I was told that the key and remote for the gate were in the kitchen counter. The remote for the gate was kept together with scotch tape. As I entered the apartment I noticed two cameras at the door. I did not feel comfortable being recorder. When I entered the bedroom, there were two stains on the bedroom carpet one in front of the bedroom door and another by the bed on the right side. The day after we arrived, the host contacted me via text and asked an additional S100 dollars for the pet regardless of the apartment being listed as pet friendly. When I asked for an invoice, it was send through message and not through booking.con billing services. I felt unwelcome from the second day I arrived. In addition, in the post, it was not stated that there were people living in the home. The place was advertised as a one bedroom apartment. I would have not booked the place if I knew that there were people living in the home and that I was being watched through cameras. After I left, the guest contacted me again asking an additional $300 pet cleaning fee, regardless of the initial price including a cleaning fee. Still, without going through the booking.com billing services. Ultimately, I felt unwelcome at this location. I travel for business quite often with my pet and so for this is the worst experience. I would leave a zero review if it was possible.

Cory was accommodating and kind enough to set the extra bed up for us because our flight was delayed later. I will definitely be back to stay here next time we are in the Phoenix area!

Cory was incredible. He was responsive and flexible when I needed to be for cleaning. He was super amenable to my pups and the location was perfect for us. I would stay here every time I come to Phoenix if available.
