"Great but one big issue!"

Everything was really great!!!

Except the fact that you couldn't lock the entrance door. Being a traveling mother of two, security is my top priority. I couldn't sleep very well knowing that the door was open all night and at any point anybody could walk in, so we all slept in the one bedroom where we could lock the door. Not quite how we wanted our sleeping arrangements, but we had to compromise due to that issue.

"We were in Phoenix specifically for spring training and we enjoy going to several different fields. The access to the 10"

The close location to all of the Spring Training baseball fields and football stadium can’t be beat. Infinite restaurants and activities all around the nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. The spacious rooms, comfy bed and excellent shower made it nice to back and relax after a long day at ballpark practice fields then games. The owner was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. We already want to book this wonderful, affordable property for next year’s spring training games.

Everything was top notch.

"Quiet & Clean Condo in Gated Community"

This place is exactly what it appears to be from the listing. Clean, quiet, spacious, full condo unit. The host was super responsive to all communications. This is on the west side so worked for our spring training trips.

"Better than a hotel!"

We loved everything about our stay, other than it was too short. Cj is so nice, welcoming, and accommodating. The home is so beautiful and comfortable. Bed was very comfy. We will definitely love to stay here again! ❤️

"Was a decent area and we just needed to stay a night on the way to Vegas for the Superbowl."

The location was great and was in a very safe neighborhood. The property was very cleaned and ready for guests. One of the hosts was very helpful (male) in letting us check in late as we had an NBA game on our schedule.

The host wanted to let a repairman enter the property in the morning prior to our departure time. This could have been scheduled after our allotted time. She did have him come back later once I explained we needed to shower and get on the road. Also, feel that it would be a better service if shampoo was provided, although a small issue, I usually do not pack shampoo when staying at a house because that is one item that I think should be accompanied by all the fees paid.
