The property was perfect for what I was looking for during my recent stay in Arizona. I also liked the extra protection of staying in a gated community. If I ever were to return to the same area, I would stay here again. The property was exactly as pictured/described.

Only had one *minor* issue during my stay. One afternoon, there was extremely loud music coming through every wall on the property, that lasted a little over an hour. While it wasn't enough of a nuisance to report to the owner, I feel it should be noted here in the event someone is traveling with young children or needs silence for the entirety of their stay.

Neighborhood

The the small apartment was located in the back of a house and was connected to that house . That the people from inside the house had access to our side and we couldn’t lock the doors from our side only they could

Nice location in a closed community. Play ground for kids near by and a lot of walking paths for the dogs.

Great location near State Farm Stadium

Owner was very outgoing and easy to work with on any issues you have. Very nice neighborhood is a gated community. Park like sidewalks and park areas throughout neighborhood have benches and lighting for neighborhood walks. Very nice area of city with close access to stadium if that is of interest. Lots of restaurants and shopping a couple miles away. I was visiting from South America and phone sim cards are different. Owner even lent me a cell phone. Considering what you pay for a hotel these days this was a great option for my wife and me, certainly more privacy than hotel has. Even has washer and dryer. Very close to 101 loop and Interstate 10, so access to various areas of the metro area is easy enough.

If you know Phoenix, you know you need to drive everywhere. So, in that context this is a newer area of Phoenix growth. Shopping and restaurants are a couple miles away.

CJ was a great host and has a really nice clean suite with everything you could possibly need. Thanks for the stay and will be looking to book again next time I’m in town.

The property is in a great location, close the the freeway. Easily accessible. Beautiful neighborhood with great parks. Had a little trouble with the gate after dark but otherwise we will definitely stay here again.
