Maam Anne ist very Kind.. when i have something to ask she answered immediatly and derikt Aktion.I love the Unit clean and every thing as Guest needs is in the Unit .. I been more times in this Unit coz i feel safe and comfortable .

Our stay at this place was remarkably fun. The owner made the studio a cozy place to stay. It was smart to have the induction stove and microwave. She had proper bowls and mugs and those small things were very useful to us especially that we liked having soup and drinking tea a lot.. The balcony was also a plus factor for us espeically that we needed a place to hang our wetsuits and dive gear. We would be delighted to stay at this place again in our next visit.

We had observed fruit flies when we got there in the evening. We didn't know where it came from since we didn't have any fruits with us.. We saw 1 cockroach. However, these are small issues which can be solved by spraying to get rid of them. The owner also have air freshener in both the main room and toilet. We didn't mind this until it's time to sleep that it disrupts our smell and breathing. In the morning, the smell was not overpowering so it was fine but there were more flies flying around.

The room was comfortable, and there were shops and restaurants conveniently located nearby.

The windows in the room were very dirty, as if they hadn’t been cleaned for over a year. There was an electric kettle, but the power cord was so short that it was impractical to use — I had to move the microwave directly next to the socket just to plug the kettle in. The corridor smelled very bad, like a garbage dump. At reception there is only one check-in point, and although the staff is friendly, the only option is self-registration via a terminal. There was a queue of five people, and the process took a long time because you have to enter the details of all guests again, even though I had already sent this information by email earlier at their explicit request. After a long journey, you just want to get to your room and rest. The staff cannot enter the data themselves because the system is self-service only. There were also too many artificial flowers in the room and bathroom, which did not improve the appearance and instead reduced the space available for practical use.

The location is accessible particularly in the mall. The bedroom is relaxing. It feels like home. There’s no need to share the bathroom since the unit has two. It’s also very spacious

The lighting in the single bedroom is insufficient and appears too dim.
