2-Bedroom Condo Unit with Balcony at Centrio Tower beside Ayala Centrio Mall Downtown CDO

Its just beside centrio mall. Host was super helpful since i forgot few of my things upon checking out but shes really helpful and easy to reach. Unit with complete kitchen utensils, complimentary water and coffee.

Excellent location. Room sizes were bigger than I had anticipated from the photos. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Clean and tidy. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond via txt during our stay. She also accommodated a late check-out (for a fee)

It was a bit awkward to use kitchen appliances without plugs available on the counter top. Building has 3 elevators, but sometimes only 1 was working, making for a long wait!

The place was perfect for our family, offering great convenience and easy access to major malls. It truly felt like a home away from home. The parking lot was spacious and comfortable, and the concierge was friendly and accommodating.

"We felt that the lifeguard’s communication could be more welcoming and inclusive. There were moments when we felt uncomfortable as if we were being treated differently. A bit of hospitality training might be helpful to ensure all guests feel respected and valued regardless of background. We appreciate your attention to this matter."

The place is near to the Centrio mall. And the place is nice and clean.

The toilet needs a proper barrier to prevent the water from coming out from the shower.

The studio was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. The location was excellent. I will definitely use again when I’m in Cagayan de oro
