I think the parking area. Because we need to pay for parking and if it is full you have to park your car on the street.

We liked how convenient the place was to everything. The place is in the center of it all in Cagayan de Oro City. I did a video call with my dad who was overseas, and he was surprised at how clean the place was and was shocked to say why we haven't even seen this place before. We will definitely be staying here again if we come to visit CDO again. Getting in contact with the host was easy and they were very friendly. Due to us arriving to CDO early in the morning, I had secured an early check in with an additional fee (This was fine as we just wanted to rest as soon as we arrived instead of waiting for the check in time at 1300). This condo has everything you need, from a laundry to a stove top, toaster and even a small coffee machine. Everything had its place and was very tidy upon our arrival.

Due to us being short-term renters for the room, we did not have access to the pool, and would have to pay for the guest fee to access said pool.
