"Great place with lots of room to unwind in Ilkeston!"

This is the third time I've stayed in this place in Ilkeston. What I love about it: its really quiet and peaceful - perfect for an overnight stay when you've got work the next day. The host is really responsive and nothing is too much trouble. Its great to have a lovely space to relax and unwind, watch some telly and put your feet up. The wifi is good and the tv has Netflix etc. The bed is lovely and comfortable. I've booked another few nights!

Very charming property in a lovely location. Access was easy and felt very safe. The property was very thoughtfully put together and there was everything we needed.

I might only comment that it was a little snug for the three of us, but that was entirely down to me and needing to book somewhere for a very busy festival. Would be fantastic for a couple.

The annex was fully secure, clean and refreshing with on street parking I didn't have to worry where my car would be. There was plenty of room to relax and wander about. Melissa was more than welcoming and she kept open communication, would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay Ilkeston way and I'm sure I'll be booking again.
