Annie the Annex, A self contained home from home fully equipped space with street parking

Very nice and quiet place, all clean and newish and very comfortable bed.

Wifi was extremely slow to non existent. In the notes have been advised not to temper with heating and it was slightly on the cold side. Other than that, everything was perfect.

This is a real hidden gem of a place. I stayed here a couple years ago and loved it it, but much to my surprise they have made it even better. The garden area they have created is exceptional and because it's partially covered it can be used in all weathers which is great. It's very spacious, comfortable and perfectly equipped and more than met my needs, all at around 60% the price of a premier inn - what is there not to love!!!! Honestly cannot recommend this place highly enough, so if you are looking for a base from which to explore Nottingham or the wider Derbyshire area consider staying here, you will not be disappointed!!

The Annexe was absolutely perfect for our short stay in Ilkeston. Communication with the owner was excellent. Instructions to access the accommodation were spot on. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and perfect for our needs, it even has a firestick and great wifi!. We will definitely be returning and bring our little dog with us next time as the outside space is ideal. Thank you so much. 😊
