Annie the Annex, A self contained home from home fully equipped space with street parking

The property was lovely and comfortable, with everything you would need. Also an ideal location to local amenities.

The outside space was amazing. The inside was stylish and comfortable.

A toulet roll holder would probably be a good addition but the top of the handy bin worked as well.

The property was fully equipped, and had great facilities throughout. The outdoor space was a real bonus, with a lovely garden and a hot tub that made the stay extra relaxing. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, which made everything easy and enjoyable.

Was self contained and everything you needed. Near to town centre. Annie the Annex was unique and we loved our stay. Would recommend.

Location was fine. Bed and settees were comfy it was a lovely modern space clean and tidy

It was cold! Accomodation wasn't pre heated before arrival and took a while to get warm.it was an outdoor garden room so I guess it wasn't well insulated. The bed felt a bit cold and damp because the room wasn't warm enough, we did turn the thermostat up but took time to get warm. Would have been nice to have a bit of milk on arrival we were only there for one night and travel sized toiletries would have been a bonus . Also the floor to ceiling blind in the lounge didn't close the whole length of the window so it didn't cover the door which was a glass door so it didn't feel private

The annex was comfortable and spacious. The bed was luxurious!I had a really good night's sleep. Instructions for the TV, WI-FI etc were useful and clear.

It would have been useful to have some complimentary bottles of shampoo/conditioner.

Lovely cosy little place location very central very private. Lovely good quality soft warm bedding. Lovely bathroom the shower is huge as was the sink. Very good blackout curtains/blinds blocked out the light very well. Home from home. Perfect for cooking a meal with full size microwave oven and dishwasher. Tv and fire stick worked perfectly as did the WiFi. Parking was very easy straight outside the main home very a quiet street.

The mattress on the sofa bed was very thin but then to be able to fold it up I guess it has to be.

Gorgeous Annex at the bottom of Melissa's garden. Owner private garden for the dogs which was amazing. Shame we were there after the clocks went back so I could sit on the decking or at the table and enjoy the garden more. Slept really well and has everything you need (just need to bring your own milk if needed).
