The property is in a good location.

The central heating did not work , also tv did not work , the shower had no power at all water trickled out . I reported these things via the contact number nothing was done !!

Easy access. Large room. Plenty of facilities toaster kettle microwave and fridge. Quiet location.

A little cold but more to do with time of year.

The location

Basically everything, from start to finish, not one to usually complain. But unable to access the entry door or the room door and required another guest to allow me access. I then had to make a phone call to London to obtain the code. As I originally was staying for 2 days, but due to other commitments I stayed another night. In all honesty if I could have found alternative accommodation then I would have. To make matters worse when I had returned to the room on Sunday afternoon finding the room door code had been changed. "Unbelievable" but true. They made a lame excuse to say all codes are changed! Then if so why wasn't I informed. I waited over half hour and then had to call them again as I was still waiting to gain access to my medication. On top of all this wallpaper was missing, carpet in need of a real good clean, the tv wasn't set up, they did eventually leave a tv stick to attach, but unable to do this task myself. And the radiator, did not work and a small electric heater was in situe.

Location is excellent, super comfortable room.

Heating wasn't working, electric heater supplied but warmer in the hallway.

Paint peeling off walls,tv aerial not connected to outside no tv reception,one side of double socket not working and passage noisy with guests arriving and leaving.

Close to the town centre restaurant and bar

No central heating on bathroom lights flashed on and off
