We arrived at our room and the room hadn't been cleaned. We went out for food cam back 3 hours later and room still hadn't been cleaned. We eventually got moved to an other room at 9 o'clock at night waste of money

I didn’t Stay as it that bad! Cold & dirty room, broken window that don’t shut - heating didn’t work!

Location is great

Property is tired and in need of attention No central heating or hot water. Communication was confusing with 'membership' set up without consent.

Cleaning wasn’t great in entrance and staircase as will utility room. Room was ok but air vent very dusty room very hot had to turn heating down and open right away

Price

Literally everything from check in to room quality to bed to heating was misery. I would stay literally anywhere else but here.

Proximity to centre

The sign above the door where our room was banged all night in the wind and kept us awake

The location is very good Berwick-upon-Tweed is a loverly place lots to do and see.

The family room was a bit on the small side. Not enough toilet rolls for 2 adults and 2 kids. Had to purchase own dish cloth. We were lucky weather was good room not big enough if had to stay inside if raining.
