Shower was to hot

Quiet area but close to town centre. Parking available. All neat tidy and warm

Central location, clean and was good enough. If you want extra facilities like a shared washing up room, in room microwave and toaster then these were available.

Had the feel like student accommodation or council emergency housing. Poor decoration, squeezed in very small double bed and sofa and extra utilities like fridge, microwave, toaster but an empty box of a hairdryer but no hairdryer. There were lots of noisy nearby rooms used with thin walls and other users making noise throughout the night. Very expensive for what it was.

Nice area to get to town

The room was nice and clean bed line was clean and bed was nice and comfortable would recommend to my friends the place was really clean

Nothing. The main entrance door was broken giving a bad first impression reinforced by the mountain of dirty washing bags at the bottom of the stairs.

The bed was the most uncomfortable I have experienced. The floor would have been a better option but the lack of cleanliness put me off. There are minimum facilities. No tea bags or coffee. Even the qr code for safe crossings to Holy Island didn't work! The radiator in the bathroom didn't work . The whole place showed a lack of attention and care. Altogether a very poor experience.

Amazing location and free parking on site and close by. Bath was a bonus and the room was big.

Could do with a fresh paint, dirty carpet, sofa bed wasnt in the room as advertised and flies in the room.

Door codes a bit of a nightmare

Nothing. So much so, we left and stayed elsewhere. Nobody at building so communication online. Asked for a refund. They offered another room (we declined)

Didnt like the mould, wet walls, dirty carpet and walls, no hot water in shower, TV didnt go, fire exit blocked, in general it was rundown, musty and terrible.
