Homesly Guest Rooms, Comfortable En-suite Guest Rooms with Free Parking and Self Check-in

The room had no spare bedding or pillows for the couch (booked for 3 people), nor was there a 3rd towel. The shower only had boiling hot water and was completely unusable. The whole place was being renovated while we were there and there was no one to talk with about any of this. Good thing I only booked 1 night.

Good location, comfortable.

The shower hot water was not able to be adjusted to be cooler. We had to make do by improvising but didnt have the best shower.

The tv didnt work and was there for 2 nights and no one answered my email about it

We did not have breakfast, the men working in the other rooms were very helpful with finding mugs and tea and coffee etc.

All the stuff the workmen had around to renovate all.the rooms, but the men were very helpful and nit too noisy.

TV does not work the picture is terrible and to get a little bit signal on aerial you have to open window which all you hear is birds!! The bath panel is hanging off the hot water to run a bath is Luke warm paint chipping off walls. Curtains old and let's light threw no blinds. Entrance to building and outside my room in passage is like a building site should not allow people to stay if nowhere is finished. Bed is ok but need new pillows I've seen tenner ladies thicker. Can't open bathroom door properly as bed is in the way and fridge is right next to bed so has you up nearly every hour making noises the room is spacious but things are not set out properly think I may have got about 2 hours sleep

Niets, want de booking is door Booking.com aangeboden op de verkeerde dag, wat we te laat bemerkten. Geen fatsoenlijke klantenservice, zowel niet van Booking.com als Van Homesly Guest Rooms. Ronduit onbeschofte afhandeling. 60 pond weggegooid…. Word er nog boos om! Waardeloos. I

Great location

It Was a building site everything was covered in dust sheets. Given wrong room. Stood in hallway for 30 minutes until eventually getting through to manager. Then another 10 minutes wait for another phone call to designate us another room. No apologies given

Central situation was good. Parking was excellent. We’ve never stayed in this type of accommodation but really liked no key system. Room was adequate and facilities clean. Sound proofing pretty good.

Huge laundry bags piled at the reception area detracted from the nice curving staircase. Double bed was small
