Homesly Guest Rooms, Comfortable En-suite Guest Rooms with Free Parking and Self Check-in

It was clean and in a good location for town centre

Beds were terrible, safety light shone all night in bedrooms, building lights shone in to windows with poor blinds. Very strange noises waking us up hourly. heating didn't work. Rang up 24 hour help line, they suggested that we put a portable electric heater in the shower-room. When I pointed out that this would be dangerous, they said that they would contact someone and get back to me. They did not so I chased, surprise, no one would answer. Parking is for 2.5 cars, there is a caravan in the parking area. We had a kitchen but nothing to dry up or wash with. Single glazing means you can hear everything outside including someone in the back courtyard on there phone at 2am.

La chambre a vraiment besoin d’être repeinte, comme le haul d’entrée mieux nettoyé, toiles d’araignées partout dans la chambre. Manque de couvert et de bol.

Like many places, nowhere to hang towels. Only 1 mirror in the unit in lounge room.

The location was great and the staff were really helpful

The bathroom was dirty around the bottom of the shower door, no mattress protectors, the bathroom ceiling leaked and there was a big puddle on the floor in the morning after heavy rain. Also the carpet was really stained so you didn't want to take your shoes off

The location was the only good thing about it

We stayed in room 9, the room was damp, with paint flaking off the walls, the carpet was filthy. The bed was very uncomfortable. The room was absolutely freezing due to no heating, there are radiators, with no way to control the temp. I tried to call the number provided, which wasn’t answered, but looking through other reviews now, that’s not usual.
