Perfect Location! Stylish Condo Steps Away from Nationals Stadium and Navy Yard in DC's Southwest Gem

The location was perfect.

The AC kept switching to eco at night so we woke up stuffy.

The property was ideally located, offering convenient access to all the activities and attractions we had planned.

Parking was a major downside to our stay. There are no assigned parking spaces, and unfortunately, we arrived on a day when a nearby baseball game was taking place, which meant most of the street parking was already taken. We ended up paying over $50 to park in a garage across the street just to have a place to leave our car. The available parking is on a narrow street with extremely tight spaces, and to access it, you have to enter a one-way road marked “Do Not Enter,” which is both confusing and frustrating. It was so cramped that we could barely open our car doors to unload our luggage. If another car came behind us, we had no choice but to circle the block to let them pass. After finally finding a spot in front of the house, we left our car parked for the rest of the trip and relied on Uber and Lyft to avoid losing the space. The parking situation was difficult enough that I would not stay at this property again because of it. That said, everything else about the property was amazing — from the location to the amenities. If parking isn’t a concern for you, it may still be a great option.

From the time we arrived we had the pleasure of meeting “Miss Nancy” next door who welcomed us! It was a wonderful start to our short stay! The condo was exactly as pictured with many unexpected extras! There was a bottle of wine and water in the fridge, snacks, and coffee with creamer & sweeteners. There was extra soap for hands/dishes & laundry. We had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen including foil, plastic wrap, & paper towels. These are all things that i never see with past rentals. The bed was very comfortable & the entire condo was very clean! We truly felt at home & plan to stay at this condo again in the future!

Although we always had a parking space, it was a bit cramped, but it wasn’t a problem with our small car! Larger vehicles could be an issue.

The closeness to amazing restaurants. Beautiful on the inside. It offers a back patio area that’s private.

The only bad thing is I can’t live there as a tenant. Great location beautiful on the inside.

The location to Nationals Park was about as good as it gets. It was also a short 1.3 mile walk to the National Mall and its many museums. The neighborhood was quiet and the parking was easier then we anticipated. The neighborhood just outside of Nationals Park was full of restaurants and night spots.

Although I was split on the bonus question for Bed comfort it was only because of personal preference. For myself the mattress was too soft, while my wife said she slept comfortably on it. The only other issue we had was finding the correct setting on the shower faucet controls to get hot water, it was a hit or miss proposition and usually took 5 minutes and numerous changes on the faucet to get hot water.

Great location with ample street parking. Very modern.
