The property was ideal for couples or solo travel, close to restaurants (Silver Diner) and the Metro, about a five minute walk.

Had an unexpected issue with the Air Con which was being fixed as we left. As it was unusually warm 32 degrees it was a little warm, the host came and put extra units on the windows which did help. He was very good and responded very quickly to the issue.

There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property besides the parking but hey it is DC!

Relatively reasonable price

It supposed to be more clean. Also there is no sufficient blind or curtain to make the property dark enough, which results you to wake up early in the morning

"weekend in DC"

good place to stay for a couple of days. quiet and peaceful area, but you need to take a taxi to get to the main attractions. Check-out is at 10 am, but the owner agreed to a meeting and allowed us to stay until 12.

There was a party in the apartment below, unfortunately we didn’t get enough sleep.

Loved the location. The apartment met all my needs. Comfortable and clean. Nice balcony with a large living room and full kitchen

Everything was great. If you have to nitpick the bathroom vanity is small but that’s my only observation.
