Perfect Location! Stylish Condo Steps Away from Nationals Stadium and Navy Yard in DC's Southwest Gem

We were able to walk to the metro rail from the condo which was inexpensive and the employees were very helpful! The parking permit (no cost to us) we asked for made us able to park on the street right in front of the condo! We are not city people and appreciated the conveniences such as restaurants, grocery stores and train/bus situated within walking distance. Condo is clean and lovely.

Felt a little over priced and the deck was cute but the pictures were a little deceiving - the outdoor furniture look cheap and getting old

Great location - easy to get to the Metro to take us wherever we needed to go! The property was comfortable and stylish. Parking was simple, and our host was very responsive when I arrived earlier than expected and called to ask about the parking pass.

- window in bedroom could be a bit more sound proof for traffic

Clean with all the amenities you’d want! Free parking was a major plus, as well as the washer and dryer.
