I would like to share my experience regarding the accommodation I recently stayed in. From the moment I arrived, several aspects were deeply disappointing. First of all, communication with the host was extremely difficult. I was never able to reach them directly. Instead, I was contacted by a woman who introduced herself as a cleaner, and later by a security guard. Neither of them was in a position to properly address a guest’s concerns or solve the issues I encountered. Secondly, the apartment had clearly just been painted. The smell of paint was so strong that it was impossible to stay inside comfortably. The air was unbreathable, making the place unfit for accommodation. Moreover, the internet connection did not work properly in the rooms, which made the stay even more inconvenient. In addition, there is only one bathroom for a unit that accommodates 4 peoples (i came with my 2 daughters), which adds to the discomfort. Beyond that, it’s about the way guests are treated. Since I checked in, I haven’t been able to reach the host directly. Instead, I’ve been contacted by a cleaner and a security guard — neither of whom are appropriate contacts for guest matters. This way of handling guests is simply not acceptable. We could have discussed these issues and found solutions, but instead the host refused to communicate — telling me via the Security guy to contact Booking.com, then telling Booking.com that he'll call me, only to again refuse to respond. This behavior is completely unprofessional. Given all these circumstances — the unlivable condition of the apartment, the lack of communication, and the refusal to cooperate — I decided to leave the property and am therefore requesting a full refund for my booking.

No views of Mountain or Sea

Just stayed here and loved it! The beds were super comfy, which is always a win. The location was perfect, easy to get around to everything. Plus, it was spotless and tidy, which we really appreciated. The apartment's layout and decor were also really well done.

WiFi issues and only one bathroom.

1 bathroom for 4 guests only 1 toilet paper wooden floors. 1 movement wakes up everyone. very noisy

Location is great and the security is good. I was infuriated by the fact that Booking.com didn’t inform me that there was no servicing. It also informed me that check-out is at 11h00 whilst the owner understood it to be 10h00. We also didn’t appreciate noises from the unit above and the noises of what sounded like dust bins being dragged up and down during the day.
