ZALocation is central Check in is seamless Security Guards are beyond helpful and kind People in the building are also lovely Best rooms are spacious They have pots, kettle and the provide coffee, teas and salt. The fridge works really well, drinks are quickly cooled
The apartment has the worst dump smelling (smells like it was flooded and the wood never dried) The apartment is no clean and doesn’t have a pleasant smell The apartment is smaller than it appears on the website The apartment is on ground level and there no views of CPT. The apartment is right next to the building trash and in the middle of the night you can hear people wandering around your windows The owner has 10:30-11am as checkout, but in reality it’s 10am. I had the rudest call from the owner/staff shouting at me about checkout , this is after I had sent a text communication to the host about the checkout out time. The apartment doesn’t get any natural light The apartment only has one bathroom and toilet The bathroom floods when you shower

Wifi problems, which was reported but nothing done to improve the situation. was contacted on 30 November and rudely told that it is 10:00 and we should check out. our check out date was only 01 December.
ZAThe security was there to facilitate the handover of keys. There was an error on their check-in and bookings system where our booking showed that it was for the 19th instead of the 18th. The security personnel on duty were quickly able to resolve it for us, and we were quickly checked into the apartment. The security personnel also helped with our luggage. The apartment was fully stocked with everything we needed from tea, coffee, sugar and toilet paper. All the utensils (dishes, cutlery, kitchenware) we needed were in the apartment and more than sufficient for our stay, including extra towels and blankets. The beds were comfortable and the spacious apartment was very clean on arrival. We really had an amazing stay at the apartment.
