ZAZAThe homely feel, security and the location. Had an amazing time, just what I needed after grieving my sister. I needed a break & vibrant atmosphere and it's really what I got. The apartment is amazing, smells fresh and its very clean.

The next door neighbor was smoking pot the whole time and our apartment smelt heavily of pot. I have kids and this was a very bad experience. Walls are very thin so avoid if you are a light sleeper.
ZAThis rating is for UNIT 2 at Warwick mansions. We were in Cape Town for a marathon and this property was in a perfect location for us as we could walk to and from the stadium. Plenty of restaurants in the same street so we rarely used our car. When we arrived, everything was as advertised, rooms were clean with fresh linen and there was also a nice view of the pool from our unit.
Since our arrival on Thursday until we checked out on Tuesday morning, no one came to clean our unit. Bins were overflowing! No supply of basic toiletries such as toilet paper was there. We’ve stayed at many luxury apartments and this was the first time we have experienced this. Our sheets weren’t changed for the duration of our stay there. It’s hot in Cape Town so obviously we sweat a lot and would have appreciated fresh sheets and clean towels at some point. We enquired about cleaning at reception and were told to contact the owner or the cleaning lady who apparently works from Monday to Friday. This was unacceptable, after paying over close to R12000 for our stay, surely the least the owner could do was ensure that the bare minimum is done. This cleaning lady who works from Monday to Friday still did not show up on Monday 🤦🏽♀️. Throughout our stay at UNIT 2 Warwick mansions, the owner made ZERO contact with us just to check if all was well.
