Burt's Hotel

It was an all-around brilliant experience. Accommodation, food, staff and the atmosphere were all superb. The staff were just lovely to our party. I would wholeheartedly recommend Burts to anyone. The surrounding area is fascinating.

Lock on bedroom door didn’t work. The beef on the Sunday roast was poor. Two very thin undercooked slices full of fat. Not good.

Fab location in the centre of Melrose. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast, served to your table (no buffet). Comfortable room - bathroom definitely recently re-furnished. Great shower. Comfy bed. Couldn’t fault it and will return!

Everything, it was warm and inviting staff and managers were most helpful from beginning to end of our stay

Having to leave could have stayed longer

The room was lovely and clean. It had everything we needed. We had an evening meal and the food was delicious.

The only thing we could fault was the small Tv, but that didn’t affect our stay

Clean accomodation with very nice food with for breakfast and evening meal. Great central location.
