3 Bedroom Apartment Close To Manchester City Stadium And Coop Live

Location was good - short walk to the Coop Live arena.

We arrived at 3pm on the 23rd of May as confirmed by the host - upon arrival we noticed that there was a sanitary pad wrapper and various pieces of rubbish by the front door which we thought was strange as the host should have been meeting us at the property, so it should have been cleaned, as the booking states that they require a refundable £200 cash deposit to cover any damage. The host was not present so we collected the keys and entered the property. Immediately we noticed various holes in the walls, the lightswitch was hanging from its socket, and when we checked the garden we saw there was a massive pile of rubbish in the bins attracting rats to the property. In all honesty, we brushed this off as we were only here for one night and just needed somewhere to get our heads down, but then we noticed a huge pile of shattered glass outside the glass doors to the garden. There were also broken bricks, and an empty door frame so it was evident that someone had previously smashed one of the glass doors at some point and it hadn't been cleared away by the host who confirmed with me our check in date and time. The floors in the living room are carpeted and my mother had the courtesy to take her shoes off, only to immediately step on a shard of glass. Upon investigation we found hundreds of tiny glass shards all through the living room. We were visiting that night for a concert and due to the hosts' negligence my mother had to suffer standing on her feet and walking to the arena. For further clarification, the photos of the outside were taken after my mother stepped on the glass as we decided that was the final straw, so there's no possibility that we dragged it into the house with us. There was less than half a roll of toilet paper left for the 5 of us, there was no bedding on the beds as seen pictured on the listing. There were cigarette burns all over the carpet by the glass doors, and the windowsill were coated with dust.

Property need renovation and new bad mattresses very stinky on first day than it was all later on

Don’t think it was worth £200 a night (luckily we only stayed 1) rubbish near back door and all over garden, grass front and back way overgrown, light fittings hanging off the wall, shower absolutely crap, full glass door smashed all in garden, broken chairs in living room, communication with the host wasn’t the best. Personally I wouldn’t recommend

It needed light fittings fixing entry light didn’t work and living room light switch was hanging from the wall. Holes in walls but apart from a little tlc it was nice.
