Apartamento Marta - Mare Verde

Guten Tag, wir haben 850 € für 10 Tage bezahlt, aber beim Check-in mehrere erhebliche Mängel festgestellt: • ein kaputtes Bett, • ein rostiger Wäscheständer, • eine zerbrochene Vase, • nicht entsorgter Müll vom vorherigen Gast. Diese Mängel beeinträchtigen die Qualität des Aufenthalts deutlich. Wir bitten um eine Entschädigung in Höhe von 25–40% des Gesamtpreises. Fotos der Mängel können wir bereitstellen. Wir warten auf Ihre Rückmeldung.

Very friendly hosts and good communication. The apartment is close to some lovely restaurants, the beach is a short walk away and there are a number of supermarkets in the area too. There is a bus stop outside the gate too with lots of busses running. Apartment was clean and stocked with the all basics for a comfortable stay.

Not a negative, just a note that there a quite a lot of steps leading up to the apartment itself so maybe for anyone who is less mobile a bit trickier and good to keep in mind for booking. For us luckily no problem and it did ensure a lovely view of the sunset over the water from the balcony!:)
