Basic but clean with comfy beds, great location and close enough to 3 or 4 beaches

If it's luxury you're after book a luxury hotel

Great location, 4 / 5 minute walk to the beach.. bars a restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Very peaceful complex.

Only thing that let this property was there was not patio / balcony area to sit out on which I like in the morning and evening

Good position, not far from the beach. There were close some minimarkets and restaurants.

There were some works during our stay there, like painting the outdoor floor in the Mare Verde complex and there was some smell. The pool was very nice with normal water temperature but somedays it seemed cold.

There was nothing to like about this property the 'patio' was a 2foot door step, there was mould all over the ceiling, doors were falling off the cupboards, the cleaner had not CLEANED up, there was food and dust all over, no sweeping brush to clean up, there was one hand towel left for us all to use, the fan was broken, there was other people's belongings left in the draws, the fridge was filthy too front and inside, all the taps had grime around them, when complaining to the host I was ignored even though I had pics to show the state of the place after walking in

How dirty it was I have put pics on but I have so many it was vile

Location, apartment is close to the beach and shops. Beds were good and sturdy.

No air conditioner nor dishwasher, only one key available and the apartment door / gate to hotel cannot be opened / closed without a key (even from inside), if you need to use washing machine then you should buy laundry detergent, same applies to soap, salt, etc. Reception is not available during the evening and weekends. Bedding were over the hill. Internet connection worked for about a day, wifi was connected but without access to internet.
