Apartamento Marta - Mare Verde

Carmen was there to meet us despite us being deleted she was with us

The apartment was quite dated, but was spotless the complex was great with a great pool and bar, we didn’t pay loads do we defo got more then we paid for

the location is brilliant, very very close to the beaches and shops etc

Scruffy , marked walls everywhere , two single beds pushed together for a double ..completely unmatching sheets, pillow cases etc ..No window in bedroom or bathroom . THE " BATHROOM " was shocking ... bits of paper on floor , very poor quality towels ...BATH badly scratched .... Meet & Greet Carmen pointed out " one full toilet roll " with glee ." .REALLY ? artex ceiling ????.... crumbs on sofa ....CURTAINS HELD TOFETHER WITH CLOTHES PEGS .... NO MENTION OF STEEP STAIRS ..(..FOR ACCESS ..)wall lights at a angle ...

Great location, not far from anything we needed.

Beautiful apartment located in the Torviscas/Adeje area. Regularly stay in the area and the apartment is close to everything we wanted.

The property had absolutely everything you could possibly need from a well equipped modern kitchen with oven, large fridge freezer, microwave and hob to a very modern bathroom complete with a space saving washing machine. The whole apartment has been recently refurbished and to a very good standard. It was immaculately clean and in a fantastic (central) location. The facilities and apartment were managed by Fracesca and Lorenzo who were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone - be a solo traveler to a couple. There are 2 lovely pools and a snack bar within the gated complex. As a solo traveller I felt very safe.
