We stayed in one of the round huts, and our experience was very poor. The washrooms for these rooms are poorly ventilated, with no windows and undersized extractor fans that emit an uncomfortable buzzing noise, which disrupts the quiet ambiance of the room. The first room we were assigned had a damp odor originating from the washrooms, and due to inadequate ventilation, the smell spread throughout the room. As a result, we had to request a room change. Additionally, the toilets across the property seem prone to clogging with average use of toilet paper. Guests are advised to dispose of used toilet paper in a dustbin rather than flushing, which is both inconvenient and unhygienic. Another concern was the conduct of the management. We observed an Asian manager or owner publicly reprimanding employees in a manner that appeared disrespectful and, at times, borderline racist. This behavior created an uncomfortable atmosphere for both staff and guests. Lastly, the hotel has a single payment point for card transactions. This means that regardless of where you are—whether at a restaurant or another service point—you must walk to the central cashier to complete card payments, which is highly inconvenient. And the food wasn't the best. it didn't have variety and the buffet portions kept running out.

Nothing! We checked out the next morning because it was so horrific

Worst stay ever! Room is worth $30 not the insane prices they charge. Food is disgusting and there is no area for relaxing even though they advertise with spa. Never been treated so bad by management.
