The property is nice.

There are no sockets on the bedside

We liked the outside area and pool. Employmees friendly

The toilet clogged up and it smelled terrible. It took about an hour of my time from beginning to end. We should have been moved. The WiFi only worked part of the time…it didn’t after 6 pm??? The beds were like as hard as a rock! The cost was WAY too high for what it was!!!

The breakfast was good, in line with the hotel pricing.

The rooms had a smell which was not appealing. The hotel needs to do something in order to clear and clean the air circulating in the rooms.

Nice water world! Staff very nice and helpful! Good room cleaning and big bathrooms with good shower. Beautiful spa and garden. Very need maintained.

We couldn’t stay in booked tent rooms because of construction work on site. First nights we were very alone on hotel making everything looking very closed down. Kitchen was very slow! Bathroom had weird smell. Treatments in spa were not very high standard, but nice staff and beautiful scenery!

the property was a bit run down specially the bathrooms. Most of the offers that were advertised where not working. The sports bar was empty and the tvs were off

The rooms were poor, 2 small windows to high to see out of, it was like a prison cell. Bathroom was tired, sanitation was disgusting 🤮 The Restaurant and Bar were decorated to a very bizarre style( cheap and nasty). Couldn’t fault the staff, very pleasant.
