"A good hotel if you get the right room. Lovely staff; very helpful. A good location."

Efficient receptionist, clean and good location for Old Town. Looked after luggage after we had checked out.

Room first allocated did not meet description and smelt very damp. After complaining they changed the room without any fuss.
