air-conditioning leaked a little bit and the controller occasionally stopped working but other than that it was a perfect stay couldn't fault location etc!

What a great disappointment. I paid extra for the upgraded room that listed in the description for the room, , mini bar, balcony to name a few. Not even close to the photo shown, no mini bar, the balcony was 1 metre wide , no windows you couldn't control the Air Conditioning and you had to have black coffee because that was all there was. I expect more from a hotel room when you pay 1249 THB per night. Not worth 600THB. Would never stay there again.

A hidden gem for budget travelers. If you are someone who doesn't want anything from the hotel except a night sleep, then this is best place. No frills attached (swimming pool or breakfast). Very polite staff and very helpful. Main thing is it is very clean and the housekeeping do an excellent job cleaning the room everyday. Amenities are very basic but altogether, its worth for a budget hotel. Location is very good, walk for 10 min and you are in the middle of old Phuket town with millions of bars and restaurants.

No telephone in the room, which means you need to go down to reception if you need anything in the middle of the night. Soundproofing very bad especially if you are facing the road. You can hear people talking on the corridor and vehicles moving down the road. If you are a shallow sleeper, not an ideal place.
