Habitación y cama amplias, nevera grande, buena ubicación, personal amable.

Hormigas corriendo por la pared enfrente de la cama donde la televisión más o menos. Algunos enchufes no funcionaban, la lámpara al lado de la cama tampoco. Depósito de 500 Baths al llegar, pero te lo devuelven al acabar la estancia.

Only the location, as it is close to the pier to get the boat.

It has no breakfast, we spent the night to take the boat on the next day and a hotel with breakfast makes a difference. Bathroom not so clean, shower with plastic curtain and durty. Would definitely get another option to spend even the night. Not good.

Great Location: Close to Phuket Old Town's attractions-easy to explore on foot. Spacious Rooms: Comfortably fits two large suitcases (no layout issues!). Fair Pricing: Excellent value for money.

X No Soundproofing: Street noise was loud even on the 4th floor-woke us up repeatedly at night. X Old-School Keys: No key cards; had to use a physical key for the door. X Worn-Out Items: Some amenities were outdated and needed replacement.

Lovely bright, large clean room. Nice bathroom. Nice, simple charming decoration - not trying to be too modern. There are drinks and small packs of snacks available e.g. pot noodles, crisps sort of thing, to buy at Reception and a fridge in the room.

would have been nice if someone on hand to help with luggage. There is a lift but my room was down the corridor, my luggage was heavy with no wheels and I felt weak and tired after a long flight from UK. Maybe not to be assumed as an available service but I would have so appreciated it 🙏🏻

We liked the friendliness of the staff, the comfort of the room and the location. My partner used the laundry facilities and was very happy with the results of that.

I didn't like having to pay a deposit upon arrival. It wasn't made clear to me at booking time, and this was inconvenient iin terms of cash flow. The bathroom was a little small and the shower curtain imperfect.
