La ubicación, muy bien, aunque la calle es un poco sucia, igual que la entrada. El departamento es cómo se describe. Cocina cómoda, espacio amplio

Lo peor de todo es la comunicación o la NO comunicación del personal. Si no llamo por teléfono, todavía estaría esperando que me abran. Luego hay un problema porqie el.agua caliente es con termo, nadie informa, y dura muy muy poco y por supuesto la.información es monosilábica.

Appartement was mooi, ruim en lag op een leuke plek.

's Nachts lawaai van cafe. Probleem is dat er geen service is. Wij werden op dag 2 buitengesloten. Het slot werkte niet. Er staat in de informatie een telefoonnummer als hulp nodig is. Daar werd niet opgenomen. 6 x geprobeerd, terwijl we voor de deur stonden. Later bleek dit alleen via WhatsApp bereikbaar. Beantwoording via chatbox. Geen mens dus. Er werd beloofd dat er een mens zou langskomen. Maar niemand geweest. Op de een of andere manier kregen we het slot na lange tijd zelf open, ook een buurman hielp. We zijn 6 uur bezig geweest!!! Het gaf veel stress. Er is geen mens die je verwelkomt, zoals Booking.com aangeeft. Er is geen enkel levend wezen bereikbaar in geval van nood. Alleen een chatbox met vaak inadequate en onbeleefde reacties.

Wenn Sie in einer Stadt ankommen und vor verschlossen Türen stehen und niemand erreichbar ist und das mit einem kleinen Kind, ist das extrem unlustig. Das Elektrische Schloss zur Tür der Wohnung war defekt und es hat niemand, weder über Telefon, WhatsApp, Mail oder booking Chat reagiert. Wir mussten dann am späten Abend schauen wo wir unterkommen und das am Marathon Wochenende, sehr schwierig weil alles ausgebucht. Hatten dadurch erhebliche Mehrkosten die uns bis zu einer Höhe von Euro 60, 00 erstattet werden. Alles in allem war nicht empfehlenswert.
