The Nai Harn

Our stay at The Nai Harn was absolutely exceptional. We stayed in an Ocean View Suite, and the panoramic view of the bay was simply stunning every single day.What truly sets this resort apart is the incredible hospitality. Every staff member was polite, genuinely warm, and friendly. We loved all the thoughtful freebies provided throughout our stay. To top it all off, they kindly accommodated a late checkout until 2 PM, letting us enjoy our final day without feeling rushed. Highly recommended!

Great views of the Andaman form the rooms and the restaurants. Excellent service. And the F&B was also very satisfying.

Firstly I will say that our experience at The Nai Harn was impacted by the weather. It basically rained all week and when it does there is little to do at the resort. Apart from your room and the restaurant, there are no places to still relax outdoors under shelter even on your balcony. I would also question this being a 5 star resort. The rooms although large are quite tired and small things like service at pool are not what I would expect of a luxury resort - you need to walk up to the pool cart to order any drinks or food and asking for extra towels seemed a hassle for staff. Having visited many luxury Bali resorts over the years, it’s the norm to have a QR code by your lounger or staff that walk around ready to take any orders. On the plus side, the service at Cosmo is great and the buffet breakfast is one of the best I’ve experienced. Dinner was lovely with an extensive Thai and western menu. I also had one of the best massages I have had at the Spa. Drinks and ambience at Reflections bar was amazing but unfortunately this was only opened once during our stay due to the weather. So I’m sure we didn’t get to experience all that The Nai Harn has to offer but I do believe there are things lacking that would be my expectation for a luxury hotel.

Our stay at The Nai Harn was so much fun! The location overlooking Nai Harn Beach is stunning, the rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, and the oversized terraces make it hard to leave. What really stood out, though, was the atmosphere — relaxed, elegant, and completely unpretentious. Service was warm and attentive throughout our stay, breakfast with the ocean view quickly became a daily highlight, and sunset drinks/dinner at Rock Salt was unforgettable. Phuket has plenty of luxury hotels, but The Nai Harn genuinely feels special. We would definitely stay here again.
