Il est dommage que lors de la réservation on ne sache pas quelles sont les chambres qui ne sont pas desservies par l’ascenseur. Ce serait un élément de choix important.

The sign of a truly great hotel is how it responds when a guest is disappointed. Unfortunately, in that respect, The Nai Harn fell short. To be clear, we had no complaints about the rooms themselves or the hotel facilities. The property remains beautiful, and the views are, of course, one of its main attractions. Our disappointment was with the customer service and, more specifically, the lack of recognition for returning guests. This was our third visit to The Nai Harn in three years. On our previous stays, we were given lovely high-floor rooms, around the 6th floor, with central views over the bay. This time, despite staying for a full week, we were placed on the 2nd floor, which appeared to be one of the lowest levels for our room category, even though we are in off-peak season. While this may sound like a first-world complaint, and perhaps it is, loyalty should count for something. When guests choose to return to the same hotel repeatedly, there is a reasonable expectation that this loyalty will be noticed and appreciated, even in a small way. Sadly, very little was done to address our dissatisfaction. The experience left us feeling undervalued as returning guests. After three visits in three years, we had expected a little more reciprocity. Since that was not forthcoming, there will not be a fourth visit.

Overall we had a really nice stay — the hotel is beautiful, the location is amazing, and the staff (especially housekeeping) were incredibly kind and responsive. We did run into an issue with our room having a damp/musty smell, which improved after the bedding was changed. It turned out there was a leak in the bathroom that required engineering to come in and fix it. While the team responded quickly, we weren’t able to use our bathroom for a few hours and were told to use the bathroom in the hotel room next door instead. At this level of hotel, we expected to be moved to another room rather than remain in one with an active issue. That said, the staff were genuinely helpful and the overall experience was still very enjoyable.

Stunning property with spectacular views from the rooms. The bedrooms are large and spacious, and the terrace is a beautiful place to unwind. The beach is gorgeous, with calm, clear water and gentle waves perfect for relaxing and swimming.
