Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, umgebettet in wunderschönen Pflanzen und Blumen. Ich konnte mich nicht satt sehen. Frühstück ist zwar relativ überschaubar aber der Auswahl und Qualität der Speisen ist sehr gut.

I loved the location and accessibility to the beach. The hotel is beautiful.

We were on floor 9 and the lifts only went up to 6, so there were some stairs to climb.

What a beautiful location and a beautiful hotel. Very peaceful and attention to detail in every aspect of this hotel. The food is excellent as well as the service. More amenities than listed on the booking site I used. Morning beach workouts, included transportation to near by snorkeling, beach equipment and more. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peace of heaven in Phuket.

The hotel is very picturesque, giving one the feel of Santorini in Phuket. The beach is also very good, clean and has very soft powdery sand. Food is the best, I had in entire Thailand. Every item was so fresh and tasted like gourmet food. However, I want to draw the attention of the management to some major lapses in the design. 1 - There is no washroom or changing room after you come from the beach. One has to walk till the swimming pool changing room on the first floor beside Cosmo restaurant. This is a big inconvenience for a top hotel at this price range. 2 - The hotel is not stroller or wheel chair friendly. I had a baby stroller and it was a pain to carry the stroller along with baby over the stairs and no one to help. 3 - There is no kids club or fun pool to keep kids occupied. At this price point, these are basic amenities they should provide, so that guests with kids can enjoy when it’s raining. I would have given 5 stars had these big gaps not been there.

We just completed a 19-days stay at the Nai Harn, our 9th visit to the hotel, which has become our home away from home. The location and the views towards the pristine Nai Beach is unique. The rooms and the veranda are huge and well equipped. The buffet breakfast is amazing and very delicious. All staff are so professional and always helpful. A few recommendations: - Select a Grand Sea View room - Visit the Rock Salt restaurant for dinner - Make sure to try the Spa (that offers excellent massage and other wellness treatments). While the Nai Harn is not the cheapest hotel on Phuket, taking into account the facilities and services offered and provided, it is actually excellent value for money. We already look forward to our next visit to the Nai Harn

We had a fantastic family holiday at The Nai Harn! Every corner of this resort offers a stunning view—from the room to the rooftop bar. The service was excellent, and the beach was perfect for relaxing. A huge help was the tour booth right at the front office; their options are focusing on small groups and comfortable car transport. It saved us the sweat of not knowing what to do and made exploring effortless. We left feeling completely satisfied and would highly recommend it to any family looking for a peaceful getaway.
