The location was perfect and the flat itself had everything we needed and was clean

Nothing to do with the owners or apartment but the street traffic was exceptionally noisy first thing but luckily we were up early and out.

Lovely little flat right in the centre of Penrith. Really clean and tidy. Perfect for me, my partner, teenage son, and 2 dogs. Easy enough to find and not far from the suggested car park. Will definitely come back and stay here again.

Unfortunately, we were woken at 0800 on a Sunday morning by some scaffolders putting up scaffolding at the rear of the flat. Not the owners fault, but a heads up might have been nice.

Central position. Comfortable.

Had not been cleaned. No communication with owners despite making several calls and sending numerous emails. Have raised a complaint but have still not heard anything back from Booking.com or the owners. There were clean towels and bedding in a store outside the flat so we serviced the property ourselves as there was nothing else we could do.

Very responsive host. Super easy check in process and very central in Penrith, just 5 mins walk from train station. Flat was spotlessly clean. Perfect for single or couple travelling or needing somewhere for a weekend!

Location; in the middle of town close to the shops

it was a bit noisy due to main traffic and restaurants near by, but we knew about it from the other reviews. It was a very small inconvenience
