The spacious ambiance

The apartment is brand new, very comfortable. It has washer and dryer and well equipped.

The apartment is in the outskirts of Casco Viejo. It’s really at the beginning of Santa Ana which is not a great neighborhood. Had I known this, I would not have booked this apt. Also, very noisy until the late hours An ok of the night since there are many clubs nearby.

The appliances and cleaned

No sope, too soft bed, very high cleaning fee wich was hidden

Lovely decorated apartment. Spacious and clean. In front of Santa Ana park. Secure entrance. Maria, the housecleaning lady is very nice.

There are no signs that says Casa Mercedes. You have to do the check in a different hotel right next to it. Some guy on the street helped me with that. The receptionists do not speak any English so it's a bit difficult to communicate. Essentially you're not dealing with the people doing the actual rental. Also the location is somewhat on the border of the nice part of Casco Viejo and the streets you shouldn't be walking at night.

It is located in the heart of Casca Viejo, everything is in a few minutes walk - restaurants, museums, supermarket, roof tops, disco, etc.

The bed was a little softer than I like.
