Customer service was outstanding and the room perfect. The bed was extremely comfortable too.

Only a miner thing. I couldn't let my service dog out into the enclosed area outside the room, as she could get through the gaps in the gate and fence.

I arranged specifically with the venue to have twin beds and we were given a double bed. We waited to find out what they were going to do to remedy the sutuation but the member of staff just went back to serving behind the bar

The staff member was incommunicative. The bathroom smelled of sewage. There was damp on tne ceiling
