Ace Hotel and Swim Club Palm Springs

The pool was lovely, the room was well-appointed, and the hotel was only about 10 min away from downtown by car. The mod/midcentury decor felt on-brand for Palm Springs.

I was surprised that coffee on-site cost $10, the same cost as parking my car in the lot overnight. I also wish that some of the more comfortable seats by the pool could be used without paying an additional fee. I wouldn't call it walkable.

Great location within Palm Springs. Good diner attached to the property.

Many mechanical problems including air conditioning and lights. Very poor guest support. No one available to assist with problems beyond business hours. My invoice was incorrect and I was met with indifference to my request for help.

Genuinely terrible hotel do not waste your money here

The staff continuously lie to get you to not raise any concerns. The music is insanely loud all day. The sneaky charges on the bill are absurd

This is a place you go to for the pool—the hotel itself feels more like glamping, but the pool is so much fun. It’s large, warm, and has a great adjacent jacuzzi that makes it even more relaxing. The front desk staff was also lovely and very helpful, assisting me in finding a great room that made my stay even better.

The room could benefit from better cleaning and would be improved with basic amenities like a coffee maker and complimentary water.

Noisy at night if you’re staying around the swim club area. Rooms are good- a little small and stuffy. I know they had a remodel but I’m not sure if it was every building on the property.
