Lilywood Cottage - 2BR Central Bicester

Finished with thoughtful and detailed design, this space is a perfect getaway. Situated on a quiet street, easy to walk to town, and the hosts were communicative and helpful.

A beautiful cottage! The open fireplace creates such a warm and cosy atmosphere. The host even left some marshmallows for us to grill over the fire, which was a lovely surprise. The cottage is fresh and clean with no strange smells at all, which is rare for older places. It feels incredibly warm and comfortable, even in cold weather - we loved staying here! Bicester has everything one may need, including a Chinese takeaway and a supermarket. The communication with the host was pleasant and prompt.

The only inconvenience was that the bathroom/WC door doesn’t have a lock.

Absolutely amazing cozy cottage. I appreciate well equipped kitchen (I was kindly suprised with the selection of herbs, spice, oil, tea, honey…),coffee machine, wash machine, iron. These things made our staying more comfortable. The beds have very comfortable matress. We appreciate smart TV. Interior is really charming. We fully recommend this accommodation. The communication with the host was great and helpful. I hope to have a chance to come back one day.

This was a cosy and nicely fitted out little cottage in a quiet central Bicester location. There is a good pub - The Plough - nearby. We would have liked to use the open fire but as we spending most of our time with family nearby this was not really feasible. In summary we enjoyed our stay and communication with Alison the owner was good.

There was nothing significant we didn't like. As observations rather than criticisms, in December the heating in the kitchen was little less than we would have hoped for and the shower rather struggled to maintain a decent water flow. Otherwise a simple lock on the bathroom door would have been appreciated as would a blind for the bathroom window.

Cosy cottage in a quiet street. Near to local attractions such as Blenheim Palace, Silverstone and of course Bicester Village shopping outlet. Great for our small family. We would definitely stay again.

A little chilly upon arrival but to be expected with a period property. The log fire soon warmed us up.

Beautiful cottage; very comfortable, lovely facilities, exceptionally clean and very central for exploring the area.

There was nothing we disliked or could fault about the property.
