Gorgeous Newly Renovated 2 Double Bed Flat

Flat was spotlessly clean and very comfortable Close proximity to the beach and mumbles.

A spacious apartment really close to the beach and the swimming pool. Once inside, the apartment feels very private and secure. Well equipped and large bedrooms, nicely presented. A great base for a few days.

This is beyond the host’s control but the street outside was very messy with lots of rubbish scattered from other properties. Perhaps the bathroom needs a little tlc-the shower base could do with being replaced.

The host was brilliant and sorted an issue very quickly. The flat was nicely renovated but the students living above were so noisy! 2 out of 4 nights they had parties until 2am meaning our family had very little sleep! You could hear every stomp, shout and terrible singing... this ruined the stay for us really despite the host being great.

Quiet, clean flat. Really warm. Lovely refurbishments, stylish and modern.

Prefer King Size bed for 2 fully grown adults rather than a double. Needs 2 pillows for each visitor, not 1 pillow and 2 cushions. Street had no street lighting at night. Settee on the small size for a family of 4 & uncomfortable. Chairs in wrong position for watching TV together. On street parking is a premium if you can find one close to the flat. Did not realise to get into town the next street along was really steep and not made for someone with a bad knee. Shower tray had crack in it. Trim on kitchen worktop peeling back. Need to warn visitors when cooking to put extractor fan on full otherwise it sets the fire alarm off. Wasn't a problem for us but TV rather low and waist height on wall, if we had, had small children I can see that being a draw for them to touch. Instructions on how to use the bins correctly would have been nice, we don't have as many recycle bins where we reside.

I liked the whole open plan so my and my girlfriend could still talk and everything even tho I’m sat down and she’s cooking,also the bedrooms were amazing 1 was very spacious felt like plenty of room,also included ice so we could have cold drinks and everything

The only things I didnt like about the property was no tvs in the bedroom so felt like we had to stay in the living room untill late and also the sofa was abit small

Very clean and tidy apartment , close from city bus station and shopping centre .
