Gorgeous Newly Renovated 2 Double Bed Flat

It was lovely, clean, modern and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a weekend stay while visiting the University for its open day. If our daughter ends up going to Swansea then this will be our go to for our trips up to see her. Its location was ideal as everything was in walking distance.

Nothing to not like really, except there is limited parking, but we did find a space easy enough somewhere nearby over the weekend.

The appt is spacious, beautifully decorated with everything you need, and spotlessly clean. Good friendly location for city centre, beach and university. Host communication is very good.

Unfortunately, parking was problematic. As like most of Swansea, there are a lot of permit only parking bays, and this is in an area with heavily populated multi occupancy homes. (Being close to uni) That said, if you manage to find a space and don't need to drive much once there, it is a lovely appt to stay in.

A great situated property with easy access to local supermarket and beach. Very clean chic and modern and suitable for family staycation.

Not applicable everything from booking to staying was very professional and perfect for a family stay. Would advise to leave a spare set of bedding covers if there are families as you never know with children.
