"Great little base from which to explore Mumbles and the Gower."

Newly decorated and clean, close to the sea front and city centre. Bedrooms were spacious.

Lots of noise from flats above as the sound-proofing isn’t great. Front bedroom could do with curtains as it’s exceptionally light in the morning.

"Swansea University trip"

The Flat was clean and with a good layout. Facilities in the Flat were spot on for our requirement. Ideal location to visit the University (walking distance)

Beds were good but could be a little more comfortable.

The room was clean and quite comfortable

The room is not provided with everything you need. There was no sugar or cream for tea and coffee. There were no detergents. There was no washing powder. There was no soap or shampoo. To my question to the owners, I was told that I can personally buy it in the store.
