On the Cliff

really enjoyed my stay here. What I liked the most was the spectacular view, the perfect location, and the cleanness of the place. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to the deluxe suite, which I found super sweet and thoughtful. The breakfast was tasty, although nothing particularly special. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Unfortunately, I had to lower my overall rating due to an unacceptable situation with the pre-booked takeaway breakfast. For a hotel of this standard and price, receiving just an apple and a cheap mini croissant was very disappointing and frankly quite embarrassing. This really did not match the otherwise positive experience we had during our stay.

La vista e la posizione strategica

Tutto perfetto. Posto incantevole, stanza pulita e dotata di ogni confort.

Se devo fare un appunto e’ quello che la zona idromassaggio privato, c’e ‘ poca privacy rispetto la stanza a fianco . Almeno per quanto riguarda le stanze dalla 1 alle 3. Le altre non saprei .

The view was breathtaking

Our stay at On the Cliff Suites in Santorini was absolutely magical. The breathtaking Caldera view and our perfect room felt like a dream. Simona welcomed us with a beautiful smile, and in that moment we knew we had chosen the right hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Fira.

La camera era accogliente e pulita. Corrispondeva a quella prenotata. La vista è veramente mozzafiato e la possibilità di potertela godere nella vasca idromassaggio è unica.

La camera era un po’ umida, non calda, umida da lasciare i vestiti umidi. Lo staff del bar/ristorante un po’ musone unico carino il cameriere. Il cibo non merita per niente. Dolmades chiaramente confezionati, la frutta non era lavata.. insomma qualcosa da rivedere c’è. Il mattino dopo non abbiamo potuto goderci un ultimo bagno perché la signora delle pulizia ci ha lasciato le cose per pulire le altre camere appoggiate sul nostro lettino.. vabbè..

The room was great and so were the views. Staff were super friendly. Room service food was delicious.

Very steep stairs going up and down so be aware. We have big luggage and had to pay for a man to carry them up and down when arriving and leaving. We felt like we had no privacy as for our spa tub as there are 5 rooms. We got room 5 sadly which was the smallest tub and most exposed. So kind of wrecked the $2000aud price for 3 days there!!!
