On the Cliff

l accueil, le personnel, la vue évidemment, la situation parfaite pour admirer un lieu exceptionnel et se promener dans Fira. nous avons apprécié la literie et le petit déjeuner complet, un régale avec des produits frais pour bien démarrer la journée.

La suite B que nous avons choisi était parfaite pour 3 jours mais en cas de séjour de plus longue durée une chambre mieux placée plus au centre de l hôtel est préférable.

Venderam a estadia com fotos dos quartos superiores. Ficamos num andar mais baixo , muita escadaria e com jacuzzi um pouco deteriorado. Usam nos quartos um perfume em excesso que não deixa quem tem alergia dormir.

Simona was very helpful professional and gave good advice and arranged my scooter and transport to the port with my luggage.

The location and views were excellent, room 2 had exceptional views and very spacious, other rooms were not as nice. This hotel is not suitable for those with mobility concerns, it has very steep uneven steps throughout it. The most exceptional asset this complex has are the staff, all of whom worked so hard , Simona on reception was so thoughtful and helpful throughout our stay.

The lady that checked us in was very friendly and offered assistance with airport transfer and also sent a porter to collect our luggage at the entrance to the cliff. The best view restaurant.

In comparison to a lot of other hotel stays, this property is dated and do not meet the level of rating as per Booking.com. Note that one has to travel by foot carrying luggage up and/or down the cliff although porter is assisting during office hours. Jacuzzi is 30 Deg Celsius and not warm enough to be used during cooler evenings with very limited water jetting capabilities. Entrance is passing in front of the Jacuzzi to other units, very little privacy if on the top floor as the restaurant looks down onto the patio. The breakfast is normal and nothing spectacular and the same every morning set serving in the restaurant on top of the units. The unit is dated and one cant see the dials on the Air-conditioning remote, some of the USB charge points don't function no longer, wifi signal strength is poor and not available outside the room on the patio, tv connection is poor on signal. The electricity tripped one evening and we couldn't reset it and the emergency light came on and stayed on the whole evening. This unit is spot on in the most busiest spot of Santorini, quiet and privacy is very limited.
