On the Cliff

Location was amazing! Sitting in the jacuzzi with the sunset view was unbeatable. It was nice to have a porter help with the bags and for a late checkout.

Not much I can say, I thought the person checking the water while I was in the hot tub was a little strange but overall nothing bad.

We had a great time at the hotel. The staff was very helpful, Simona is the chief who was always at the end of the phone. She booked us the airport taxis and a sunset cruise. The hotel has two levels, with some narrow stairs and the janitor helped us with the packages. Because this hotel is in the caldera, the cars can't go directly to the door, but the guy helped us to bring all the packages from the nearest drop off point to the hotel and vice versa, and on our last day he waited for the taxi with us to make sure we've got the right one. The view is amazing. Location is also great in the center. The main bus station is only 4-5min walk. We had a private heated jacuzzi that they cleaned every morning. The cleaning lady also came every morning, she put clean towels daily. The breakfast was in the restaurant on the highest floor, food was the same every day (omelette, bread, salad, charcuterie, fruits with greek yogurt and juice, filter coffee) but delicious. They asked about any food allergy, the waiter brought the bread and everything else separately and he remembered it every morning. We've got a bottle of wine as a gift. The wifi worked decent. When we had some trouble with the kettle they fixed it immediately.

Amazing view with jacuzzi watching beautiful sunrise & sunset over the Caldera. Bed was very comfortable. Delicious breakfast each morning loved the greek yogurt & fresh fruit.

Lights in bathroom could be brighter. Couple of tiles on shower on floor broken right where u stand under shower head.

Location in the centre of Fira, stunning caldera sunset view, rich breakfast and comfortable bed. The jacuzzi area was perfect to take the sun or relax with the caldera view Communication via WhatsApp always perfect Very appreciated the free upgrade of our reservation

Being close to the most popular clubs, during night it may be a bit noisy. Moreover, for people who like sleeping in complete darkness it is not perfect since some light is coming through the window (apartment 3)
