Good value, great location, clean, friendly staff. Kettle, microwave and free tea and coffee.

Thin pillows, no toaster, only disposable bowls and cutlery provided, only cold water for washing up in the kitchen.

We stayed here during the city festival. Naturally, prices were a bit higher than usual because of the event, but compared to other hotels in the area, this was still very affordable. It’s a budget-friendly place and the standard was just as expected. The room was small but perfectly fine for a night’s stay—the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. Parking is limited, but you can get a permit for a very small charge. Overall, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for a budget stay with friendly hosts and all the essentials.

I think the bathroom standard could be improved, but given this a budget place it's acceptable.

4 good size double bedrooms. Access to Netflix and Sky. Driveway parking. A great location for us.

A couple of the rooms could do with redecorating.

Great communication from host, property as described, clean and tidy.

Very spacious. Met all our needs. 2nd time we've stayed here.

Both general and recycling bins were overflowing, just had to pile our stuff on top, not sure if this is a Council issue or simply the bins had not been put out

This place has the potential to be an amazing place to stay! Great size with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the layout is great, but was missing a lot of simple things. Washing Machine/dryer is awesome. Great parking for 2 cars.

Two of the beds were ok, 2 need replacing - luckily we could put the kids on the less comfy ones. We did not have enough towels for us all, and had to contact them regarding this - they did come and help late at night, but this should have been correct for the amount of guests. The bedding on the actual beds was very cheap and synthetic, pillows were lumpy and need replacing. Once again easy to rectify and please add a top sheet to the beds as it was very hot for us and a duvet was too much. The kitchen oven needed cleaning and small things needed to be there - Tea/coffee, milk (one was there but half empty?? Washing powder for washing machine, tea towels and cloths - easy things to leave (current ones was dirty under the sink). The TV was smart - but had no channels for the kids to watch - a Netflix logged in or Sky would be awesome.

Les mégots sur le parking a l'arrivée alors que la propriétaire nous avait bien mis un message très ferme sur l'interdiction de fumer en précisant tabac et canabis.
