Nice area good size house

Mattress need up grading needs a deep clean and could do with table and chairs outside

Excellent location and the property was very clean and a great size. Host made contact to check we had got in the property ok which was nice.

Front door hard to lock/unlock, could do with some black out blinds or curtains in the bedrooms. Also didn't use back garden as very overgrown which was a shame as the rest of the property was good

It was very clean and tidy Spacious comfortable we shall be in future booking this stay as we have family in Peterborough the location is perfect

Well it's not that I did not like it it was the fact the house was beutiful it could do with ironed bedding give the beutiful home justice as it was very perfect

Area surrounding the house (front and back garden) could have been a bit cleaner

My friends and I were attending a conference and the property was in a good location for us. The property was well equipped, comfortable and clean.

The lock box was difficult to open, but the caretaker came quickly to help us. My friends said that their beds were not particularly comfortable. My bed was fine.

The location of The Grace House is brilliant! A short drive to the station and centre of Peterborough and the Halcyon pub is nearby with a nice garden and friendly staff. The owner of the house was helpful. The house is a good size and was clean and tidy. Lovely kitchen with a big table where we could all sit and chat. Comfortable living room with plenty of seating and a huge TV. Two bathrooms and a downstairs toilet was good for the four of us.

It was disappointing that we couldn't use the garden, which is a decent size. It was overgrown and had no chairs or table outside. It would be a lovely space to sit in good weather. Also, there was a shortage of cutlery and plates and no big bowls for salad etc.Foil and cling film would be helpful as well. Shower gel would have been appreciated, there was shampoo though. We had a problem with the key safe when we left as we couldn't open it. I phoned the owner who got back to me quickly and sorted out a plan for leaving the key. The house was lovely but could do with a bit of TLC.

Everything, the house was beautiful, very clean and comfortable- it’s a shame we couldn’t stay longer
